This place was home to us I lived here with my wife for 5 yearsthe best 5 years super safe neighborhood and value for money Very close to i95 495 literally 15 minutes to Philly airport close to 202 highway and major grocery stores The management went This place was home to us I lived here with my wife for 5 yearsthe best 5 years super safe neighborhood and value for money Very close to i95 495 literally 15 minutes to Philly airport close to 202 highway and major grocery stores The management went through lot of changes since I moved in but the property manager Lashyra was there since day one She is super nice and gets the work done Sometimes there were delays but nothing crazy They had parking issues and within few months they fixed it by adding more parking space Now they have renovated all the apartments and I wish I could move back I had to move out of Delaware for job will return back to Edge at Greentree anydaynnPeople have given some bad reviews but hey have newly renovated apartments free heat and gas my electric bill in winters never went more than 40 for a 2bed 1bath and if you live like a normal tenant you will love it here I even got my full security deposit back more ... hide ...
