I had an appointment to view an apartment at Brandywine, and arrived 15 minutes prior to the scheduled 2:30. I knocked and called, yet no one answered. A maintenance man unlocked the office door and told me I was early. I had an appointment to view an apartment at Brandywine, and arrived 15 minutes prior to the scheduled 2:30. I knocked and called, yet no one answered. A maintenance man unlocked the office door and told me I was early. I waited outside for 30 minutes, yet again there was no response. The maintenance man returned and informed me that I would have to reschedule, as the person I was to meet was feeling ill and going home. I was displeased, as I had taken a 45-minute ride to get there and waited an additional 40 minutes, all for nothing. Was the person ill in the 15 minutes between my arrival and the appointed time? It was highly unprofessional of them not to call and reschedule, as they had my number yet neglected to consider my time and effort in getting there.more ...hide ...
