They never do a proper job, and the A/C is frequently broken. The property manager is unprofessional and the staff are rude and discriminatory. Parking is a nightmare - even if you have a permit, you may be towed, and if you're not home by 7 pm you have to park around the corner. The pool is almost always closed, and the laundry rooms are unclean and often only have one working washing machine. You can't reach anyone in the office during office hours; they just let the phone ring. The rent is always increasing, but nothing inside is improving. The pictures of the pool are deceptive, as it is usually a murky green. There is no guarantee of anything here apart from your car being towed. more ... hide ...
