Worst apartment complex to live in Been here for 2 years Pool has never been opened Maintenance doesnt do anything but sit on the phone and smoke cigarettes all day Trash everywhere and break ins all the time
I made a 4 pm appt for a tour of the facility I showed up 15 minutes early to find that nobody was present and there was a sign on the door stating Office and pool are closed until further noticenI called the number and nobody had any idea where anyoI made a 4 pm appt for a tour of the facility I showed up 15 minutes early to find that nobody was present and there was a sign on the door stating Office and pool are closed until further noticenI called the number and nobody had any idea where anyone was and were not aware as to why the office would be closed There was no attempt to contact any employee to resolve said issue I was told to email the website and wait for a reply Really while waiting in fear of being mugged andor shotnUpon reviewing the property it appeared to be rather filthy There was trash piled up all over the property it appeared to be poorly maintained buildings looked stained and lack of paint in the last 1015 years trees looking like they were in desperate need to be trimmed dead frawns hanging on every tree Keep in mind all properties surrounding are gated and beautiful You should reconsider your management and bring someone in that knows how to maintain a propertynNeedless to say we will be looking elsewhere and will be contacting Corpif it existsmore ...hide ...
I have a section 8 housing voucher im on my only extension there is no set fee of the voucher it goes by zip code as a baseline I can give the baseline amount upon request 32 asap **phone#**hidden** myself **first*name**hidden** single mommy 16 yr daughter and 2yr daughter given my last extension to start my voucher is the end of this month i need my voucher I already have application with community action for 1st last and security but i have to give info so they can start paying they move much quicker as of 6 months ago and i will need an expection per section 8 protocol i look forward to hearing from you Thanks in advance
