When I submit a maintenance request, there is no communication from anyone. It's not even mandatory, but I would like to know in advance when someone will come over due to my job. We had the A/C system replaced last November, but recently it started frequently icing over in spite of the filter changes as stated in our lease agreement. The maintenance head said he would look into it, but I haven't heard anything since. Furthermore, the maintenance request form was marked as "complete" even with the ongoing problems with the unit. Thus, my major recommendation to the complex management would be to standardize their communication with the tenants. They should listen to us and let us know when maintenance will be conducted. Until that happens, I cannot suggest living here. more ... hide ...
