I recently wrote a positive review, but now that I've lived here for 13 months, I must amend it. The amount of construction taking place has been immense; they've entered my apartment countless times, and covered my windows with black tarp for weeks I recently wrote a positive review, but now that I've lived here for 13 months, I must amend it. The amount of construction taking place has been immense; they've entered my apartment countless times, and covered my windows with black tarp for weeks on end - causing great annoyance. To make matters worse, during the pandemic my rent was raised twice this year. When phoning the front office to inquire about anything, no one answers 95% of the time; however Lizette in the front office has been helpful when emailed. Examples include: installation of a new dishwasher took two months to connect to plumbing and recently being told to be available between 8am-5pm for replacement of bathroom sink/cabinet/mirror but just receiving a mirror at the end of day. If you have pets you must lock them away while workers come in and out all day long. Fire alarms have gone off so often we can't keep track anymore - only last week were we notified that construction had been suspended by Fire Marshall without reason given. If considering moving into Lexington Club you should wait until construction is complete and until their next rent increase so it fits your budget.more ...hide ...
Love this place if I had to move I would really give it a try People are very friendly and helpful and they are remodeling it from the outside to every place inside Love it
