I have not rented in a few years The last time I rented it was still a paper application and no fees I have been looking for a place to relocate from NY Ive paid almost 200 to one complex to be denied 78 to another and 55 to someplace else No one is I have not rented in a few years The last time I rented it was still a paper application and no fees I have been looking for a place to relocate from NY Ive paid almost 200 to one complex to be denied 78 to another and 55 to someplace else No one is willing to discuss the denial with me other than to say its my credit Just about EVERYONE has something on their credit These applications fees are a scam because they dont refund your money Also after reading some of the reviews for some of these places they have the nerve to want 3x the rent for monthly income I have NEVER been evicted I have been in my home for almost 4 years but that counts for nothing Im applying f for housing not a credit card more ... hide ...
