It is strange that we have never had a resident by that name. Perhaps this critique was written by a resident who I had to inform that their apartment was not up to the standards set by USDA Rural Development, or maybe it is from a resident who was being oppressive to other tenants and was given a warning. Generally, my tenants are wonderful and stick to the rules and regulations in the lease, but sometimes, I have to do my job and enforce the rules and regulations, which is often met with dissatisfaction. Regarding the amount of staff we have gone through, I cannot say much other than I accept people's claims that they have the necessary skills. I have been lied to many times by the staff I have employed regarding their abilities. I have several long-term employees who are content here. Our team at this property is made up of people who truly care for and respect our residents. I always prioritize my residents. I will not tolerate anyone who steals, lies, or bullies my residents – regardless of who it is. I have already had to ban two home health professionals from the property due to their conduct, and if necessary, I will do it again, in spite of any review they write about me. more ... hide ...

This is being written by some residents of the Inverness Club We are very upset about the reviews that were written about our Director Amy Rock We want to set the record straight We love living here at the Inverness Club Do we love absolutely eve This is being written by some residents of the Inverness Club We are very upset about the reviews that were written about our Director Amy Rock We want to set the record straight We love living here at the Inverness Club Do we love absolutely everything No Does anyone ever love everything No Amy worked her way up to where she is and has earned her position The person accusing her of being rude is wrong Amy does care greatly about the residents here and we know she does She wont hesitate to protect us support us and help us in any way possible She has stayed late talking to residents who were upset She goes to the hospital visits sickinjured residents She has even gone with residents to the ER on her own time to stay with them until their family member could get there She advocates for us all the time She confronted two different healthcare providers after a resident and their family came to her with allegations of theft allegations of fabricating hours worked Another resident had a healthcare worker con her into loaning her money Amy stood up for her residents and banned those healthcare workers from the property We believe the reviews written were by one of those healthcare workers and a former employeennIs Amy perfect No shes not and she is the first one to admit it She has admitted mistakes openly and honestly She apologizes when she is wrong But she is also unable to fix every problem due to having to go to her corporate office for approval ie smoke smell in the hallwaysshe has been trying to get the property to be smoke free but her corporate office wouldnt let hernnThe residents writing this review are truly grateful for this facility and for director Amy Rock None of us would ever want to do her job She has to keep 108 residents happy which is nearly impossible to do Because there are so many different types of people here we will never all be happy at the same time She also deals with residents who have cognitive issues too like coming up to her 20 times a day asking what is happening next and she answers every time with compassion even when the resident is frustrating everyone elsennOne of the newest residents in our group wanted to be sure we told everyone and he means everyone that he is so grateful he found this wonderful place with these wonderful people He came here not wanting to be here but his family told him he had to be here Now he is so glad he did He feels like everyone treats him better than he has ever been treated This applies doubly to Amy Rockshe is the most patient caring person She kept telling me it would get better and listened to him complain at first and never said a mean word She told him a lot of people get here and dont like it but after a little while something changes and they love it here She was right he loves it herennThank you for reading this review We cant handle the fact that people would be so revengeful as to write the mean things that were said about Amy more ... hide ...
