Without warning, they altered all the rules and our pleasant community has become a nightmare. The personnel are hostile and the maintenance workers are always grumpy. We receive less than 24 hour inspection notices frequently and the management team is never in the office or responds to emails. The atmosphere is unfriendly with no personal connection or professional courtesy. Many lessees are leaving, and I'm one of them. I wouldn't recommend this outfit to anyone. UPDATE: Things have become even worse. Existing lessees who have been here for years are hunting for new residences and leaving. People in my neighborhood are parking wherever they want, and sometimes I can't even get in. Dogs are wandering without leashes and property is being destroyed. Kids and teens are constantly traversing my yard. The administrative team is unresponsive even when every contact method is attempted. One of their members promised me I'd enjoy living here, but that definitely isn't the case. Avoid this place at all cost, as it may look pretty but it's becoming a hellhole. more ... hide ...
