I was going to move here in May and had to move I talked to the manager Tia who told me that my deposit was being refunded was being mailed out Didnt ask for an address or anything About 4 months go by and my calls and voicemails are ALL being avoidI was going to move here in May and had to move I talked to the manager Tia who told me that my deposit was being refunded was being mailed out Didnt ask for an address or anything About 4 months go by and my calls and voicemails are ALL being avoided It took THREATENING A LAWYER for anybody to get back to me However Ms Venus was very helpful in trying to figure out what the issue was and was updating me about every other day to let me know the status of the deposit check being refunded to me The apartments its self are very nice and Id recommend moving in there as apartments are being renovated buildings are being repainted and stairs were supposed to be newer But if you look into moving here TALK TO VENUS The other manager seems as if she dislikes doing her jobmore ...hide ...

Nice older complex and affordable A lot of improvements going on with new roofs and the looks like they are going to paint the building soon Location is great Tia and Venus are so nice and helpful The new maintenance guys are great

I have been searching for an apartment for two months. I have called and searched and it has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I have called and searched and it has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Until I spoke with Mary at River Trace apartments.From the very first call, Mary was so kind and patient. She made sure I knew everything about their beautiful apartments, took the time to answer every one of my questions and even gave me a tips on how to find out when an apartment was available. Following her tips I happened on an available unit that night and filled out an application. Mary was so kind to call me to review my application. Not even one of the other apartments I have spoken with did that. I don€™t know if I will qualify or not for one of their beautiful units. If I don€™t, I will be sad because dealing with Mary and River Trace has been such a wonderful experience. Imore ...hide ...

They people from the office are so Rude, they need to hired people how they do the job cause they never have an answer to anything! It was so hard to give them a star!!
