The apartments are ok but maintenance is awful If you have a problem with your apartmentac lights etc they claim to fix but when you keep putting requests in because the problem was NOT resolved the main tench guy gives HORRIBLE attitude and impliesThe apartments are ok but maintenance is awful If you have a problem with your apartmentac lights etc they claim to fix but when you keep putting requests in because the problem was NOT resolved the main tench guy gives HORRIBLE attitude and implies that youre lying Dont even bother to ask the front desk for any kind of help because she just says they arent obligated to help Its been THREE MONTHS that my ac stops working for more than half the day and during the summer its unbearable to be living in 86 degree apartment and then they have the audacity to raise the rent Income restricted or not its NOT worth the hassle and money oh Lets not forget the water leak that has been going on for weeks and all they do is give you fan to dry the water but wont stop it from leaking Lets hope we dont get BLACK MOLD thanks to these peoplemore ...hide ...

I applied for an Apt about 3 or 4 months ago . Was denied twice . My Family was in Great need of help and we were turned away. But that same week another SPANISH FAMILY MOVED IN. . But that same week another SPANISH FAMILY MOVED IN. . It seems that they Are VERY DISCRIMINATORY against African American people. The whole entire place is of Spanish descent. . And the small community of African Americans that I spoke too say that they can never get things fixed in a timely manner. And people that have recommended other people of color ( African Americans ) never get their referral requests honored. So there€™s That. Now on to the Better business Bureau.more ...hide ...
