The best apartment complex in Graceville Kinda strict on there policy concerning back ground checks and credit but logically it probably keeps the crooks and drug heads out
I lost my apartment because the Manager Donna said I could do one thing, then when something come up to her about it by her boss she said she knew nothing about it. We did go to court and she stood there and lied to the attorney and to the judge straight to their face. What I did was not illegal nor broke the law. I only went on summer vacation for 3 months with her permission. I did not realize at the time that I needed to write it all out on paper and get paper permission. She said noooo its fine go ahead and have fun.....go back to an evection notice. She will say one thing and do another, she claims to be a christian but she is not. I had no where to go so I slept in my car for 3 mo till I could get back on my feet. DO NOT TRUST HER AND ALWAYS HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING.more ...hide ...
