Great place to start I loved the old manager MsKat shes a very sweet lady The new management is pretty good too I lost my mailbox key they put in an order for my new key the same day Move out didnt really go smooth but every place has their cons
South wood apartments is absolutely terrible The management is horrible Garbage everywhere and lets not start on roaches They try to evict you after being 3 days late on rent while charging late fee
I love my experience here nice and peaceful My leasing manager Mrs Kat very helpful and kind she really worked with me as much as possible she meet my needs 100 percent Thank you so much

I mean its section 8, youre not supposed to like it. Office Assistant is nice but she never knows anything & you have to make her find out.
