The park at alston is a wonderful community with amazing staff and neighbors 2 of the biggest issues with the place I have seen is the nasty speed bumps that are too high and the poor plumbing system hoping they redo the system at some point The upst The park at alston is a wonderful community with amazing staff and neighbors 2 of the biggest issues with the place I have seen is the nasty speed bumps that are too high and the poor plumbing system hoping they redo the system at some point The upstairs toilets will clog to no return easily if not careful which is a real pain However if they do rest assure the maintenance staff will go above and beyond to help and ensure that the problem is fixed ASAP same goes for anything maintenance related issues Management staff is incredible and helpful as well If you want to live somewhere that has the feel of a home but the price of an apartment this is the place to go more ... hide ...

My family and I just moved here from West Texas about a week ago Paula and Courtney were excellent and helped make our move as smooth as possible Townhome is very cozy and the community seems very well kept
