Despite the escalating rent here and in the neighboring Ocala, we believe 1) the proximity to work, shopping, dining, banking, entertainment and the rest of urban life coupled with 2) the roomy and comfortable design of our apartment along with 3) the on-the-ball maintenance services/property management, makes renting at this apartment an easy decision... Our 4 bedroom apartment is just 3 minutes away from everything and it is a pleasure to just come home to unwind in the serenity and holiness of our tranquil space.... And yes, life here, as in every other place, is not always ideal but we can witness enhancements around us every day which include optimized grounds management and more stringent security measures like 24 hour uniformed guard patrol and onsite camera monitoring... With all this in mind, I have to give a special thank you also to Sunni and Rachel for their promptness and helpfulness. It is evident that Cathie is furnishing the positive leadership needed and has the right personnel in place for continued progress... Our single worry at this time would be for the new owners to investigate imaginative ways of keeping rental rates within the reach of more ... hide ...
