DO NOT RENT HEREI have only lived here 3 mths Right now the place is INFESTED with bed bugs roaches termites and rats I exterminate at my expense I have had sewage back up out of my sink and tub TWICE Theres no emergency maintenance so I had to call DO NOT RENT HEREI have only lived here 3 mths Right now the place is INFESTED with bed bugs roaches termites and rats I exterminate at my expense I have had sewage back up out of my sink and tub TWICE Theres no emergency maintenance so I had to call plumber at my own expense and he found a rat in my plumbing They use unlicensed plumbers electricians and Ive had 3floods in my closet and days without electric due to shorts Still one whole wall of outlets dont work The water comes out yellow all the time NEW OWNERS More of the sameRaised the rents Collect rent ignore all complaints I tried to reach them and the poor woman at desk if you can find the office open has been told not to give out KVR Property contact info So I have filed with the city DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS DISGUSTING AND HOPEFULLY WILL BE CONDEMNED Btw I found there contact info thru my accountant and sending them certified letter more ... hide ...

The area is relatively peaceful with a pleasant courtyard in the middle, but the administration is quite inadequate: 1- The paper walls make you feel like a hostel; if you can tolerate hearing your neighbor sneezing, snoring and yawning, it is bearab The area is relatively peaceful with a pleasant courtyard in the middle, but the administration is quite inadequate: 1- The paper walls make you feel like a hostel; if you can tolerate hearing your neighbor sneezing, snoring and yawning, it is bearable.2- When renting, the manager states you can park in any open space, but she neglects to point out that all the covered parking spots are taken by old tenants and staff, often leaving two or three spots unoccupied most of the time.3- She claimed to give you a key to access all doors, yet after moving in, she refused to provide a key for the back door, which she only uses, thus forcing those living in the back to take a long route around the building to enter.4- People tend to smoke everywhere, such as balconies, stairways, and hallways, which should not be the case since most of the residents are retirees.5- The air conditioning unit is often freezing and maintenance staff do not have the knowledge to repair it; thus, besides the heat, we have to pay $100-130 to FPL for a tiny 2/2.6- There is no privacy whatsoever, as the manager is overly intrusive and comes into your apartment for no reason; she knocks twice and is already inside with the excuse of making sure everything is okay. more ... hide ...
