The personnel, headed by a completely unreliable leader, is in complete turmoil. The leasing manager, Jacquelyn Beguiristain, has no sensitivity when dealing with tenants. She is constantly pestering everyone about parking, even though there is no clear parking policy in place. She is untruthful about everything and is very argumentative. Nobody feels comfortable talking to her regarding issues because she is never welcoming. Everything she says is a lie, which is only masked by another lie. There are numerous violations, but she takes no action. There are renters leasing out units to friends and family throughout the neighborhood. In addition, I have a neighbor beside me with a dog, (although pets are not permitted) that barks nonstop during the day and night. I have reported all of this and more to her and she has done nothing. Her favorite phrase is "we are working on it". These are only a few of the violations and the most disheartening part is that she sees the violations right in front of her and does not do anything. She should not only be replaced but never be given the responsibility to lead a community ever again. She is not qualified to lead anyone and has no understanding of how to interact with people in a communal setting. I have been living here for a long time and she is the most disappointing person to have worked here and must be substituted. Maybe the community will take a more more ... hide ...
