I stayed at this apartment for one year during my college days in 2017. It was a great spot, feeling like you were out in the countryside, yet a short drive from Tallahassee's main attractions. The nearby dog park was probably the best I've ever experienced for taking my pup on walks. The park at the apartment complex, however, wasn't very impressive. That's why I'm giving it three stars. The noise level was high and the walls were incredibly thin, so I could hear people from other units. Of course, there was also the typical inconsiderate neighbor with a noisy vehicle who would start up early in the morning, which the walls did nothing to muffle. After residing in multiple apartments, I realized how often staff entered our place. It seemed like almost monthly they had to check something inside. On one occasion, they came to inspect appliances, yet they just snooped around instead. The personnel were friendly, though, and maintenance was diligent in repairs. This would be an ideal spot for students, especially if they have a pet, given the amazing dog park nearby. more ... hide ...

Ive only been at this apartment complex for a couple months but so far its been good Parking is actually available Much better than my last apartment All the features in this apartment are up to date Maintenance is great We had a power outage and mai Ive only been at this apartment complex for a couple months but so far its been good Parking is actually available Much better than my last apartment All the features in this apartment are up to date Maintenance is great We had a power outage and maintenance went above and beyond to help us even though the City of Tallahassee was supposed to take care of it I really like that my packages are all in safe places like the Amazon hub I find the apartments are actually quite quiet and I never hear people outside or in the halls Everyone seems pretty respectful as wellnnThe only downsides I can think of are really petty or things that come with living in an apartment They painted over the wire shelving in all the closets and its weirdly sticky The garbage seems to pile up around the compacter every week It cannot keep up with the amount that people are throwing away I think they may need to do something about that more ... hide ...
