I have enjoyed residing at mangolia lakes the view from my apt of the lake is beautifulthe grounds are kept up The maintence crew shows up within 24 hours The office staff is always pleasant

The staff is amazing These are great apartments in a great area the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others

This place is getting worse and worse They will give you a violation as a resident for backing into a parking spot which is ridiculous They will tow your vehicle for backing into a spot where you pay your hard earned money The max you can have a gues This place is getting worse and worse They will give you a violation as a resident for backing into a parking spot which is ridiculous They will tow your vehicle for backing into a spot where you pay your hard earned money The max you can have a guest here for is 5 days after that you cant register them for another MONTH If you dont register your guest before they park their vehicle they will get a violation as well Been here for 2 years now and at first the residence actually had a live person at the gate being we are a GATED community At the gate we no longer have a live guard and people constantly tail gate which defeats the purpose of a gate in the first place Funny thing is in regards to parking residents had assigned parking which was great Now moving forward they REMOVED assigned parking so you have to find a new spot everyday in your own complex Whoever is making these rules up is clearly not thinking about the residents and it seems they dont want people to stay very long with these ridiculous changes more ... hide ...
