1st it is NO Longer called Tiffany Club New Name is The Reserve of Port St LucienI wish I could give a higher rating however over the past year the Management decided to have us pay for water usage which used to be included in the rent The problem wi 1st it is NO Longer called Tiffany Club New Name is The Reserve of Port St LucienI wish I could give a higher rating however over the past year the Management decided to have us pay for water usage which used to be included in the rent The problem with this is that there are NO individual water meters So how they bill us is they take the amount of occupied Apts by the overall bill from the City Why is this Crazy We are a 2 person Apt and we are FORCED to pay for 45 and 6 person Apt Water usage Junes water bill for us was 80 Update Julys Water Bill 87 Almost 90 for 2 people water usage come on now Update Sept Water bill now up to 95 I didnt even pay this when I owned my home NOT FAIR to all of us 12 person Apt renters I would give higher rating if they correct this stupid water bill system On a lighter note the Maintenance Dept is Awesome Our AC went out after office hours and within 20 minutes after I called he Kevin was here and fixed the problem That goes for any Maintenance calls they are on the ball more ... hide ...
