This place appears perfect, but it is not. Communication here is abysmal! My husband and I were misled about their income restriction policy. We complied with all the paperwork, fees, and the waitlist, were offered an apartment within a month and when we went to submit our documents we were told we did not qualify because my husband is employed and not self-employed. Where was that info when we inquired and asked about gross vs net? Why did they take our money and not refund after we were given wrong info a month later? Instead of taking responsibility they shift the blame. I am complaining to the Better Business Bureau. more ... hide ...
