This place isn't worth the money. It looks nice but I wouldn't recommend it. I've been living here with my brother for four months, and during that time we've had a few incidents. A random guy entered our apartment at 4am, a drunk driver crashed into a neighbor's car and left during the night, the sprinklers have a terrible smell and flood the sidewalk and parking lot since they've been broken for two months, the front gates have been left open all day and night for three months, someone tried to steal my brother's and my own motorbikes from the parking lot, the cameras don't work (an employee told me that), cars have been broken into with the windows smashed, and there's a homeless camp near the entrance to the pond. Three different neighbors told me they wished they could move out, and my brother and I feel the same. Do not move here. more ... hide ...
