They asked me for a copy of my job's business license which I thought was strange since they had all my information, including It was awful! Awful! Awful! They asked me for a copy of my job's business license which I thought was strange since they had all my information, including my boss. Then April asked me to come in to sign more paperwork and while I was there, she Googled the place I'm staying at and tried to view it in 3D and asked me all sorts of questions about it like which door was mine, how I get in, how the living arrangements were inside, etc. She even tried to view the back of the property and asked about that instead of phoning my landlord because she didn't believe me. She never called my boss to verify my occupation, she just kept asking me bizarre questions. I even had to get different letters from my school. To top it off, they said it would be a three week wait for an apartment, but after three weeks no one contacted me, so I called them and they told me it would be a three month waiting list. In January, they informed me that I had to wait a year or more. Now I have to wait six more weeks just to get my deposit back. These people are very unprofessional and untrained, and need to go back to school. more ... hide ...

The management is only concerned with receiving the rent on the 3rd of each month. They have been unresponsive to my request of repairing the carpet in my car that was worn down with holes for three years. They only offered a list of instructions but no real help. I haven't had to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. This isn't a rent-to-own situation or a condo; it is an apartment complex with roaches and ants roaming around, and some of the facilities never seem to be working. The office staff has an unhelpful attitude. When you call the provided 1-800 number, no one ever answers. The advertised gated entry is actually open and no one is monitoring it when it should be closed. If upper management did a walk-through of the complex, they would see that it is not up to standard and potentially face a lawsuit. Before submitting any applications, it would be wise to knock on the doors and you will likely find an angry tenant. Don't get tied into a lease; let the apartment prices be a warning. There are homeless people living at the nearby bus station who are living in better conditions. more ... hide ...
