I have been living in the Green Gables Apts now for 7 yrs I have had no big issues with management at all You need simply to make out a work release paper and drop it into the drop box and your problem if any will be fixed ASAP The ONLY problem is soI have been living in the Green Gables Apts now for 7 yrs I have had no big issues with management at all You need simply to make out a work release paper and drop it into the drop box and your problem if any will be fixed ASAP The ONLY problem is some of the people management rent to are VERY noisy play VERY loud music and dont drive carefully in the parking roads However I LOVE it here and I feel SAFE living here Thank you management for doing everything possible to keep this place neat under controlmore ...hide ...

The complex my mother has called home for years is clean and offers social activities; however, the security is inadequate. Doors have been left unlocked for half a year, despite management's claims of changing fobs. This leaves residents vulnerable to outsiders entering anytime with no protection from the lack of security cameras, lighting, or other safeguards. One night, an intruder even came in with a knife! Cars have been damaged in the parking lot too. Despite multiple requests to management to improve security measures, they're still being ignored.more ...hide ...
