Not as bad as it used to be

I dont see how this is a low income based complex When I moved here in 2017 the rent was 924 it slowly increased Now its currently under new management before they arrived my rent was at 1055 they came mid or late 2018 now its August 2019 and my ren I dont see how this is a low income based complex When I moved here in 2017 the rent was 924 it slowly increased Now its currently under new management before they arrived my rent was at 1055 they came mid or late 2018 now its August 2019 and my rent is 1202 for three bedrooms two bathrooms We also started to pay water and sewer bill Not to mention the courtyards are not gated however in the rent it states that we have access to two gate keys This is idealism because in reality this is not so Now the new management is renovating the complex I was told by my neighbour that after the renovation the rent will be increased immensely Also the team that they have renovating the complex is all Hispanics and the maintenance is predominantly Hispanic meaning only one Black male We are cultured to accept diversity however the feelings arent mutual Finally management entered my apartment unannounced This is very disrespectful more ... hide ...
