Visited my sister who lives here and I parked in a guest parking spot and got booted after only an hour. The booting company says the HOA makes all residents aware that guests must be registered online, but this simply iVisited my sister who lives here and I parked in a guest parking spot and got booted after only an hour. The booting company says the HOA makes all residents aware that guests must be registered online, but this simply isn€™t true and there is absolutely no signage warning visitors they could end up paying $90 for being in a GUEST spot for 1 hour. It is just cruel and negligent that this neighborhood is taking advantage of people innocently visiting friends and family without giving ANY warning that it may cost them almost $100. Clearly this community needs to get their priorities straight.more ...hide ...
