DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! Firstly, they only want your application fee and do not follow through on their promises. Working with them was an absolute NIGHTMARE. They are unethical and deliberately deceitful! We were assured back in April 2021 that there wDO NOT APPLY HERE!!! Firstly, they only want your application fee and do not follow through on their promises. Working with them was an absolute NIGHTMARE. They are unethical and deliberately deceitful! We were assured back in April 2021 that there would be rental units available from May to July, and that we were at the top of the list. Allow me to express my FRUSTRATION that, even today (08/24/2021), they still don't have any availability. This was confirmed just today on the call Ashley took. We had to pay double the movers' fee plus a storage unit due to their dishonesty and that left us unable to extend our lease month by month, since they continued to lead us on by saying that our apartment was coming SOON! Every month that passed we were PROMISED they'd have something the following month. Even a man who works at the front desk said there was no waiting list and that we were being misled. These people are fraudulent! All they want is YOUR MONEY. Spare yourself the trouble and go somewhere else before the same thing happens to you!more ...hide ...
