My companion had utility bills, a car, auto insurance, bank statements and so on in her name. They lied again and said it only demonstrated a bank statement for a credit card. We left and came back with her own credit report which was more than 660-680. I cannot recall the exact figure but she was eligible. I asked how could we manage to draw it up and the manager could not. The manager sent us to her boss. We showed her the credit report. She said their systems were not as advanced as Credit Karma so it could not capture everything. My companion brought up the car she had purchased in cash along with the car insurance. They never fix nothing its takes years for you too actually get in contact with them they are just horrible They want us too pay rent but dont tale care of what need to be taken care of
