Mother lives here very nice relatively quiet for the amount of units Mostly seniors But be sure to secure your WiFi some neighbors try to infringe on your privacy other than that no issues

Ive lived in Heron Pointe for 4 yrs Everything was great they work with me when I was having issues paying rent while I was paying the property manager Maria however once I couldnt afford to pay her in cash or gifts thats when she started giving me a Ive lived in Heron Pointe for 4 yrs Everything was great they work with me when I was having issues paying rent while I was paying the property manager Maria however once I couldnt afford to pay her in cash or gifts thats when she started giving me attitude she saw to it that I was evicted I came up with all of the money I owed plus the month after she refused me the next day I received the 24hr notice Which I couldnt understand why when one of my neighbors went through the same thing Maria accepted the payment Is that fair housing I think not I never gave Heron Pointe or Maria any problems I just couldnt afford to pay Maria my rent There are other victims but Im sure they dont want to get evicted like me more ... hide ...
