I have been attempting to rent for several months now, consistently calling every few days and leaving a voicemail. The availabilities have increased each week, however, nobody has answered the phone or returned my calls. I even visited the site in person and was scolded by someone I believe to be a tenant, informing me that I had no right to be there since I'm not a resident. I simply need an affordable place to live and this is proving to be an exercise in futility. My application was sent in and pre-approved weeks ago, yet I am still unable to get a response. It's a nice area, too. UPDATE 2/18: I finally spoke to a woman on Wednesday and she instructed me to call back on Friday, as they were preoccupied with tours. It's now Friday, and I am still unable to reach anyone. It's not like this is a retail store or eatery, people's money, housing and time are involved. The least they could do is let me know if there are units available, like what is posted on the website. UPDATE AGAIN 2/18: I got in touch with a man who told me that they were not conducting tours or renting out due to renovations, despite the open listings on the website. Could this mean the woman I spoke to before was not telling the truth? Or maybe she was just not willing to answer questions? I have been trying for weeks to reach someone and have them brush me more ... hide ...

This place is garbage I lived here for 6 Yrs through 3 or 4 buyouts and it progressively got worse through the years They charge for pest control dont provide consistent pest control and then charge again when there are roaches infesting the ENTIRE p This place is garbage I lived here for 6 Yrs through 3 or 4 buyouts and it progressively got worse through the years They charge for pest control dont provide consistent pest control and then charge again when there are roaches infesting the ENTIRE property Theyre literally in the bushes outside Theres trash blowing down the streets because they cant provide enough trash receptacles raccoons overtaking the property due to the trash and will still have the nerve to charge you for setting a trash bag by your door even for just a minute I had several leaks in the apartment with no watermold remediation see attached video Not a soul in that office cares about anything brought to their attention In fact they go out of their way to not help in any situation and find a way to attach a fee no matter what it is Im so glad I got the heck out of there GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE more ... hide ...
