They file three-day notices and tape them to residents' doors without offering a dropbox option for payment, so people have to pay extra fees or face eviction. It's very unprofessional, especially considering I work with customers at a large corporation. This property is known for loud music, illegal parking and other activities; it's often referred to as the "ghetto". After witnessing the termite infestation first-hand--I was bitten after only being there two hours--I decided not to live here. Thankfully I found my forever home in an immaculately maintained gated community instead of settling for this low-rent area. My friend is stuck here though; she's a single mom with little ones who can't afford better housing right now. more ... hide ...
