There is no sense of urgency or sympathy when you telephone with a maintenance problem. It's basically, "We'll repair it when we get to it." Moreover, they are always eager to let you know what they feel you should pay for any replacements. They just assume the damage was your fault and that it could not have been defective. For example, the gates are often open and when they close, your key does not work. When you notify them, all they say is, "If you could come and leave during our office hours, we will gladly let you in." (That is great; I'll just tell my job that until the apartment complex fixes the gate issue, I'm limited to working until 4 p.m. so I can get home in time and not be locked out.) I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue. To sum it up, the personnel need to be completely changed as they make communication with them an arduous task and they are discourteous. Very bad customer service I wouldnt suggest no one moving there I cant even get a decent phone call for information without someone being rude

0 star The manager has no education they stole my car rings and she did nothing they sell drugs and she does nothing so that they can repair an AC you have to wait two or three weeks terrible service I hope it helps them

I have section8 and I applied but before applying I clearly asked do credit matter with having section 8 I was told no seems like a gimmick just to get your non refundable 85 A lot of people in section do bit have good credit so applicants beware
