If you value your loved ones or your life in general, do NOT reside in this area. It is rife with drug dealers and threatening, uneducated people. The engineering/maintenance team have a long "list" of tasks to accomplish and you will be fortunate to see it sorted out within the same week (don't anticipate that anything will be fixed in the same day). There is no emergency line either, you must endure the whole weekend with your problem before you can contact them when they reopen the following week, and like I said they will NOT do anything the same day you call. The walls are extremely thin, you will know each and every step and the timetable of the folks living above you, and don't bother asking them to be quiet because a lot of the inhabitants here only think of themselves. The front "gate" is never closed and many thoughtless people who obviously can't drive accurately hit the front door box and break it at least once a month, leaving the entrance out of order and allowing anyone to enter and go out of the neighborhood. There are thousands of kids that play in the street and it makes driving/even REVERSING your car a hassle. There is NO designated parking for the residents, but for some reason they consider it alright to make "designated parking" for your visitors as distant from all the buildings as they can. Do not rent in this condominium it is not good starting from when they raise your rent and they tell you that they already warned you a long time ago until the parking spaces are not enough etc Better try elsewhere before
