I used to live here with my parents from 2010-2020. My boyfriend and I have been attempting to get our own place for over a year now. Initially, we were informed that there was no availability or waiting list, even though people are constantly moving in and out. We were instructed to just keep calling at the start of every month, so we got it and kept dialing; unfortunately, rarely ever anyone answered the phone. A couple of months ago, we were told that somebody may be moving out in December 2021 but first they needed to give their notice before we can apply. Evelyn said that until then there was nothing more for us do than wait. Now they're saying we don't make the cut even though no background checks or pay stubs have been submitted which is strange because that's what they told us before - just keep waiting! Today I tried calling again to clear things up as this information was given directly only my mom (current tenant for over 9 years) not me. After dialing a second time Evelyn answered with "Hey how can I help" as soon as I gave my name and explained why did call she said "Oh give me a moment let me get Evelyn on the phone"and when replied "I heard you say this is Evelyn" she put me on hold immediately without saying anything else.
