This place is overall awesome Maintenance is so fast They keep the place spotless and the too young ladys in the office have been fantastic This place is a great home

Since Wally left and Bridgette replaced him, it has been the worst experience of my life. Bridgette was given the job solely because Joy vacated it, and now she presumes to be the ruler of this property. Bridgette, who is African American, does not understand the proper etiquette for such a role and seeks to over-exert her authority. She enters people's homes without permission - I have evidence of this - and twists the house rules. She is often late, and her daughter Desiree Taylor is sometimes alone in the office with all of our confidential information. Bridgette also has a felon nephew living in Apartment 906. The place is plastered with cameras and resembles a prison. Benji, the maintenance man, confirmed this to me. He is also a fraud and very miserable. People who had been living here for 16 years have left because of Bridgette's wickedness. Royal American, please reconsider the person you hired.more ...hide ...
My mother lived there. Its nice, safe and clean but they do have mold and roach issues which is mostly blamed on the residents. One resident moved in and they got the smallest fridge over the rest of the units. They aMy mother lived there. They asked the mgr for a regular sized fridge like the others because they dont drive so they have to stock up. Mgr said no. They had to spend $800 on a fridge to install in the unit. A senior citizen with limited funds had to go buy one. Mgr could have switched it from another unit but no. Lack of empathy and feelings toward residents wishes. But its safe to live there which is important.more ...hide ...
