This is a Senior Community and they violate a lot of ADA rules when it comes to the disabled individuals This community keeps you hostage in your home when the elevator is not operational for weeks at a time This community has more than one floor This is a Senior Community and they violate a lot of ADA rules when it comes to the disabled individuals This community keeps you hostage in your home when the elevator is not operational for weeks at a time This community has more than one floor All elderly residents are not able bodied to walk up and down stairs To complain to the younger staff is like telling a joke and nothing is being done about thisnnThe guard gate that is suppose to assist in protecting the elderly is always broken allowing any and everybody entry to the community I am in the process of contacting an attorney and both ADA and Federal Housing Authority I am seeking to file a class action law suit for the elderly that reside in this communitynnThis place is not a good choice to reside in more ... hide ...

I echo Kims comments for my motherinlaw The elevator needs to be replaced It was out of service at the beginning of the month and is out again at Christmas More Guest Parking is also needed
