We have been living in this place for almost a year and our experience has been quite satisfactory in comparison to other nearby areas. We nor our neighbors have had any kind of pest problem (such as roaches, spiders, bedbugs, etc.). It is possible that somebody in a single apartment might have experienced this, however, that would be an individual concern and not a problem in the whole area. We and other nearby apartments keep our homes very clean and none of us have complained about bugs. Some of our neighbors have been living here for 5-10 years. Recently, the property management employed a new maintenance team to get everything on track after the former maintenance worker left a few months ago, and with the new owners of the community. Patience is required and although rent has increased, these places are still affordable and functional. Any issues should be addressed to the office/property managers instead of bad-mouthing them online. It would be unfortunate if one disgruntled tenant spoils the name of this cost-efficient, family-friendly community. Our advice to potential tenants is to do their research and talk to different people to make an informed decision. It is a nice apartment complex and it is kept up very well

I have been a resident of The Club at Sugar Mill for four years I have recently left the location as life has taken me down another path however if it had not I would continue to make this place my home The price of rent for the size of apartment is I have been a resident of The Club at Sugar Mill for four years I have recently left the location as life has taken me down another path however if it had not I would continue to make this place my home The price of rent for the size of apartment is one of the most comparable I have seen in my many years of renting The management is constantly making improvements to the facility adding new landscape for curb appeal updating outdated mailboxes and repainting each building to name a few The maintenance staff has been consistent my entire time living here They are personable knowledgeable and always complete any maintenance need in an appropriate amount of time The manager Marie can seem abrasive but that is only because she runs a tight ship and as a tenant that brings peace of mind Nothing gets past her which adds an added since of safety to the community I have truly enjoyed my time as a tenant here and would suggest it to anyone Thank you for many pleasant years more ... hide ...
