So Ive been living here for awhile and so this place is ok but every night the people above me make noises once and awhile and the maintenance almost never come my parents need to use our friends washing machine because after a few weeks they came an So Ive been living here for awhile and so this place is ok but every night the people above me make noises once and awhile and the maintenance almost never come my parents need to use our friends washing machine because after a few weeks they came and said they are going to order a new one same with the garbage disposal its been clogged for weeks until they come Im moving out in May hopefully Im still sane until then more ... hide ...

Great customer service Employees all the time with good attitude

Weve been living in this complex going on 8 or 9 years things have gone downhill tremendously Theyre so worried with fixing up the outside to make things appealing to new renters but as a current renter lets hope you dont need to have maintenance co Weve been living in this complex going on 8 or 9 years things have gone downhill tremendously Theyre so worried with fixing up the outside to make things appealing to new renters but as a current renter lets hope you dont need to have maintenance come for any reasonBECAUSE THEY WONT My fiance and I have been calling for months now about a broken refrigerator door and a leak in the master bedroom wall near the window that keeps getting worse with every rain fall Now its so bad paint is starting to chip off and fall EVERY TIME I call its like its the first time They act like I never called like its some kind of surprise to them we need to create a work order Im told Guess what 15 calls later and still issues are not fixed I was also told there was a waiting list to have my carpets cleaned after 9 years of living herecome to find out there is no such list They just say what they think you want to hear to shut you up If youre able to afford not to live hereDONT Its a shame whats happened to this place more ... hide ...
