When the granite countertops were installed, my window overlooked a construction site for almost an entire year. Although they had no influence over the contractors, they could have tidied up the mess from the delayed venture. The pool was filled with outsiders and something was almost always in a state of disrepair or unusable. Requesting that they mend different aspects of my apartment was a joke by the time we were ready to extend our lease a few months ago (as I don't take kindly to lots of alteration but that's another tale). They changed the offer of $1289 to more than $1500. I had been paying $1119. My apartment was always tidy, my rent was paid punctually on a regular basis, and I was not responsible for the mess and noise outside caused by those who neglect to clean up after their canines. We relocated and more than four months later I received a letter from collections stating I owed $200 for cleaning, including $95 for carpet cleanings which were occasionally overlooked over a decade. I didn't receive a notice until a letter was sent to me by collections. They had both my new address and my parents address and I don't believe them when they said they sent me more ... hide ...

We have just moved out thank goodness My entire family has developed coughs from breathing the mold in the apartment When we reported the mold all that they did was paint over the air vent and replace another one they did nothing to treat the mold th We have just moved out thank goodness My entire family has developed coughs from breathing the mold in the apartment When we reported the mold all that they did was paint over the air vent and replace another one they did nothing to treat the mold that is still growing behind those vents There are leaks There is currently a puddle under the kitchen sink from a leak I reported 2 weeks ago We were having constant electrical surges I reported the electric issue a month ago and nothing has been done The fire panel for our building needs batteries and was making a high pitched beep every 30 seconds for weeks So we have electrical surges and a fire detection system thats not working correctly an extreme safety hazard When maintenance does come they often dont give notice and the people in the front office argued with me about whether or not thats legal its not The people in the front office are extremely rude When they wanted to do inspections and I requested that they not come on a certain day as it was a religious holiday for us she became very rude telling me I dont make the rules and basically threatening me with eviction if we didnt let them in on that day We were already leaving anyway so she can threaten all she likes They keep hiking up the rent on people We were paying 1600 for a 2 bedroom apartment in a gated community where the gate is always broken There is constantly trash piled up out into the road because they do not take proper care of the compactor The pool and hot tub are generally unusable due to filth and the fact that they refuse to enforce the rules so that the behavior of others makes it uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe to be at the pool There are often homeless people sleeping in the chairs by the pool The basketball court is in disrepair and is usually filled with people that dont live there anyway because again they refuse to enforce the rules in order to keep residents safe and comfortable This place is an extremely overpriced slum more ... hide ...

Great apartment complex to live in Wonderful staff and beautiful apartments
