Another location that never picks up the phone answers emails or voicemail I dont understand what the issue with these apartments in Orlando are but somethings gotta change

I just called and someone answered was like typing in some numbers didnt even say hello so I had to say hello and when they heard me they hung up And now when I call back it says sorry your call cannot be completed
