My pickup truck was towed by a towing company and the explanation given by the Aspen Lake office was that I had written 'For Sale' on it - which makes no sense, as the vehicle had valid insurance and registration. Since the building became Aspen Lake, everything has gone wrong. I had been living there for two years and four months, and in my contract there was a clause that stated that if I stayed for the two years and paid on time, I could receive my deposit and five percent of my closing costs if I bought a home. It has been three months since I left, and I have yet to see either my deposit or the five percent of my closing costs, so I have had to hire a lawyer to take care of the case. I would strongly advise against anyone considering a move to Aspen Lake apartments. more ... hide ...

Property Manager there at this moment is very rude and unprofessional Classless no wonder people there always cursing you out

I called inquiring about renting an apartment at 11am Lisa a staff member answered the phone very rudely with no reason Im not sure if she was having an issue prior to answering the office phone however She wasnt pleasant in explaining much and rathe I called inquiring about renting an apartment at 11am Lisa a staff member answered the phone very rudely with no reason Im not sure if she was having an issue prior to answering the office phone however She wasnt pleasant in explaining much and rather to go back and forth with me about the Aspen name change It made me very uncomfortable to speak to her Id appreciate if staff would atleast be considerate and more pleasant with first time calling consumers It puts a negative connotation on the apartment complex and management all together FIRST IMPRESSION GOES A LONGGGG WAY more ... hide ...

New management needs to learn customer service
