I have resided in this area for two years and have not had a positive experience. The management and maintenance teams have been terrible--I have made numerous complaints and it appears that my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. The management and maintenance teams have been terrible--I have made numerous complaints and it appears that my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. I was accused of speeding within the complex, yet when I asked if they had any evidence of me driving, they said they did not need to possess any. As a person of color, I felt as though this was an instance of profiling. Cheryl was rude and closed the door on me while I was asking for clarification. Management does not take anyone's issues seriously. There are kids in my building who race up and down stairs, shout, hit walls and doors, yet nothing has been done. The neighbors who let this happen are extremely inconsiderate. I would not suggest this place to anyone. The rent has been raised twice in one year, then decreased by $3, but with no added perks. When I try to call, I am often unable to get through within an hour or half-hour before closing. There is also no email response. The buildings are full of garbage and appear very untidy. The trash area appears to be unprofessional, as they have tied papers to the fences instead of investing in a proper sign. It is turning into a project.more ...hide ...

I am a Cancer survivor I have been granted a housing choice voucher which covers most of my rent If we like your house you can accept the voucher and fill out a form and turn it in An inspector will come If the house is approved Seminole County will pay the rent on time every month I also have Social Security Disability and my daughter is the 19 and the floor manager at McDonald039s she has been there 3 years We have been in our current home for 4 years without issue Our landlord was out of state we saw him once in 4 years Out management company we saw ONCE in 4 years We are self sufficient My 19 year old daughter is also in college the other is in Seminole high and my son is in Sanford Middle My grandson is in private school I went to Florida Memorial College majoring in religion and Philosophy we are educated people of faith with a guaranteed income for rent If you can work with us let me know
