This apartment complex is scary. The top floor apartments all flood when it rains because the roof doesnt overhang or have gutters. Water just pours in under the door, into the carpet, causing mold. Water just pours in under the door, into the carpet, causing mold. There is a serious bug problem. The walls are so thin you can hear everything and smell what your neighbor is cooking. Their website says they have a \"River view\", thats a no. Also has a picture of people laying in the grass, they dont have grass.But the biggest issue is that theres no one to help you. This property is constantly changing hands from one corporation to another so that no one has to take responsibility for any of the serious issues with this place. The residents are working class people who are too afraid of losing their security deposits to complain to the county about the multiple code violations, so it just keeps getting worse.more ...hide ...
