This is by far the WORST apartment I have ever lived in They dont even deserve 1 star The apartments are old and outdated I have 10 plug ins in my apartment to get rid of whatever moldmildew smell My light bill is over 250 because maintenance has eve This is by far the WORST apartment I have ever lived in They dont even deserve 1 star The apartments are old and outdated I have 10 plug ins in my apartment to get rid of whatever moldmildew smell My light bill is over 250 because maintenance has every excuse of why something isnt working properly and tries to blame it on something other than the issue The inside of the building is dirty The office staff is very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE especially Catalina She had the audacity to call the police because I needed an air filter The police were in my favor and said why do you live here and deal with this kind of treatment And corporate doesnt exist Ive called the CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE since Ive moved in 6 months ago and not one time has anyone ever reached out to me about my concerns They take my rent and ignore my needs If you want to live like an animal then this is the home for you Take it from me DO NOT MOVE HERE You will be disappointed and trying to figure out your next move more ... hide ...

I have been living in Laguna pointe for 10 years and I honestly love it I have never had an issue with anyone the office people are always friendly and everyone stays to themselves The rooms are super spacious and the maintenance personnel is always I have been living in Laguna pointe for 10 years and I honestly love it I have never had an issue with anyone the office people are always friendly and everyone stays to themselves The rooms are super spacious and the maintenance personnel is always present when we need them My favorite manager Marcela left recently she always gave great advice when I went there especially when I was pregnant and was going to give birth I MISS HER Now the assistant manager name Catalina is there and she truly is a sweetheart she makes you feel welcome when someone comes to the office and I genuinely appreciate that I have nothing wrong to say about Laguna pointe because they genuinely have been great to my family and me more ... hide ...

Good place to live clean area

I used to live here with my husband and my son I had a wonderful experience I love it when I live here when I had problem they help me out it was better than Oak apartment
