I have renewed my lease for my second year, and I only did so because of Maria Blanc. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have stayed. She makes you feel right at home. Maintenance is amazing- they do their job well and are always willing to help us out. Overall, I love my apartment, but I would only recommend Mission Pointe if you can work with Maria. The other employees in the office make you feel as if they're doing you a favor by helping you, rather than making you feel like we're all on the same team. This doesn't make me feel welcomed or cared for, so I only deal with Maria. Update: I am now dealing with more roaches than ever before, as well as mildew. Despite my complaints (I am pregnant and have a toddler), I received a letter stating that my rent will be increasing soon. These apartments are not renovated or worth an increase to my rent- which is already almost 1000 dollars per month. If these issues are not resolved soon, I will be contacting the health department and city officials, as well as considering a lawsuit. Until these problems are fixed, I do not recommend living here. more ... hide ...
