Lets be honest, the complex is in dire need of a make over, but for what you pay, I think its fair to be able to look past the aesthetics and appreciate the fact that you will feel at ease and safe while living here. It seems to have a closely knit community which is progressively getting stronger.The landlord is attentive, present in the community, and fair. Everyone who lives here is friendly and we all look out for one another. I plan on finding a place that has a wash and dryer soon, but if it werent for that being a huge necessity of mine, I would have no reason at all to leave this place any time soon.more ...hide ...
