I have resided at Grande Court for the past 7 years. During this period, we have had multiple managers and a few owners. I must mention that the current manager (Al) has improved considerably since taking on the post. AlI have resided at Grande Court for the past 7 years. During this period, we have had multiple managers and a few owners. I must mention that the current manager (Al) has improved considerably since taking on the post. Although there are issues with cockroaches (not everyone keeps a clean home), I merely need to ask for the exterminator to come out and he acts quickly. I had a problem with my A/C that was fixed by putting in a new unit. I find the apartments roomy. You can hear people talking, climbing the stairs from the breezeways, but I just ignore it. The management has experienced difficulty getting and keeping maintenance staff, which has never hindered me from having something mended. The grounds are kept nicely, some may grumble about the noise from the lawn mowers and leaf blowers, but I view it as someone else out there toiling in the heat and not me. My sole complaint is the pool not being kept hygienic and regularly locked when I try to swim. All in all, it is a pleasant place to live, with friendly and quiet neighbors.
