When I moved to Florida in 2009, the management of the place I lived had changed at least once each year. The garbage compactor was always broken and the trash was overflowing at the entrance. The garbage compactor was always broken and the trash was overflowing at the entrance. After the hurricane, my fiance moved in and the management had changed again two times. The manager was a joke; living on site with her children, causing disruptions, and calling the police when tenants even approached her. The water heater in the apartment broke (never being replaced since the building was built in the 90s, not even after being told after the hurricane they needed changing), we called the emergency hotline but there was no answer. Our apartment was completely flooded, and we purchased a shop vac to try to get the water up ourselves until 3 am. Still, there was no response from management or maintenance until the next morning. The carpets were soaked and the water had leaked outside the door and into the neighboring apartment. We received no reimbursement, apology, or anything. My fiance had attempted to contact someone at corporate but that seemed impossible. I would not recommend moving there, especially if you have children, as it was said that to a prospective tenant who was not African American that "she does not want to have any more 'blacks' move in"; due to the majority of tenants being of Hispanic origin, discrimination will go unnoticed by their corporation. more ... hide ...

The maintenance is very bad I have been without air conditioning for more then a month and i have a child he bother on nightnand i have been to the office more than 10 times to tell they about it to fix it and they dont do anything
