Ive said this before about 6 months ago and Im saying it again because I still dont see any changes in the issues I addressed back then So I think the staff here is excellent and I always see them working so hard to try to keep up with things Yet no Ive said this before about 6 months ago and Im saying it again because I still dont see any changes in the issues I addressed back then So I think the staff here is excellent and I always see them working so hard to try to keep up with things Yet no matter how stressful things get they still respond with a wave and a smile Ive been under some hard times keeping up with the rent I so appreciate the patience and gratitude they have still given me for being here even while waiting for my Our Florida rental assistance to come through if it hasnt already This is why Im giving it 4 stars The reason I didnt give it a 5 is because I still think the issues of them needing more help is at hand I think they are overworked as it is So maybe hiring an extra person or two to deal with the trash situation around the mailbox area the dumpster area and all around the complex along with cleaning up the duck poop everywhere would be very helpful for everyonemore ...hide ...
So Deyaneira was such a sweetheart Unfortunately due to my circumstance I wasnt able to fully apply but she was SO helpful and it was literally the nicest experience Ive had with a leasing office I really appreciated her
