Stay away Royal American Management took over about 4 months ago and they dont believe in maintenance cleaning customer service They only want their Dont let them bully you if you still live there Just get out

This place has changed management companies 3 times in the last 3 years Another new company started today and when I called the office no one knew anything The place is a mess There is mildew all over the buildings and sidewalks
